Srinagar – Mr. G. R. Sufi, State Chief Information Commissioner, called on Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today.
During the meeting, the State Chief Information Commissioner briefed the Governor about the functioning of the State Information Commission for enhancing accountability and furthering the interests of good governance.
On being informed about certain constraints in the enforcement of the State Right to Information Act 2009, the Governor hoped that these shall be resolved very soon.
