Man Sentenced To 1-Yr Jail In Cheque Bounce Case In Srinagar

A court in Srinagar on Tuesday sentenced a person to undergo one year simple imprisonment in a cheque-bounce case and also directed him to pay principal amount of Rs 47 lakhs, Rs 23.5 lakh as fine besides a compensation of Rs 3 lakh, totalling Rs 73.5 lakhs.
