Kathua: A retired BSF commandant Tuesday morning ended his life by shooting himself with his licensed gun in J&Ks Kathua district.
Police said the slain identified as Retd Commandant Jai Dev Singh, 75, committed suicide by shooting himself with his double barrel licensed gun at his Kathua residence.
