
Srinagar- Four residential houses were gutted overnight in a fire incident in the Wagoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said.
The Fire and Emergency Service officials said that the fire broke out during the intervening night of Sunday and Monday in a house at Ganai Mohalla Wagoora and engulfed other nearby houses.
In the incident, three single-story and a double-story house were gutted in the blaze.
Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot from various fire stations of the district to bring the inferno under control.
No one was injured in the incident, they said, adding the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
