Dispatch From Delhi: How Desperate Land Campaign Brings Kashmir to Centre

This week’s INKISHAF is on Jammu and Kashmir’s 90-year-old Land Acquisition Act which is still being applied to acquire land for Highway Projects in the region despite the Article 370 abrogation rendering it redundant. The affected people now approach the Union Road Transport Minister to seek benefits of the National Highway Act.
