SRINAGAR- The District Football Association (DFA) Srinagar on Monday released a statement confirming that A-Division League 2022 will resume today, November 8.
Earlier, the Monday’s fixtures were cancelled due to inclement weather and will now be played today at Synthetic Turf TRC.
“In continuation to the notice earlier today, the A Division matches which got postponed due to bad weather today will now be played on 8th November at TRC Synthetic Turf Ground,” the DFA statement said.
“The first match on 8th Nov at TRC Turf will be played between AL-Hilal FC and Real Cosmo FC at 1.30 PM. The second match will be played between Spartans FC and Ali Jana B at 3 PM,” the DFA added.
However, the association did lay some conditions.
“In case of bad weather tomorrow, the teams will be informed accordingly,” it added.
These will be the last set matches in the second round of the competition. The six competing teams will decide the final four sides that will meet in the A-Division semifinals, scheduled to be held this week.
The A-Division League 2022 is being organised by DFA Srinagar in collaboration with Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council.
