5 Cops Injured In Grenade Blast In North Kashmir's Bandipora

Srinagar- Five cops were injured after militants hurled grenade on government forces in North Kashmir's Bandipora district on Friday.

A senior police officer said that militants lobbed grenade on Naka party near Nishat Park in Bandipora resulting in injuries to five cops, reported news agency GNS.

All the injured cops were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment, he said, adding that their condition is said to be stable.

Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
