Srinagar- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has summoned People’s Democratic Party (PDP) member and Vice Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Ganderbal, Bilal Ahmad, to New Delhi for questioning in connection with a case.
Bilal Ahmad has been summoned to New Delhi on December 23 at NIA office where he will be questioned.

Bilal is the vice chairman of DDC Ganderbal and was elected to the council in DDC elections.
Bilal has been charged under Section 120 B and Section 124 A of IPC and will be questioned with regard to the same case, a local news agency KDC quoted sources as saying.
