Srinagar Football League 2021: 4 Matches Played

SRINAGAR: DFA Srinagar Annual Football League 2021 continued on Thursday with four matches played here.

In Super Division, two matches were played at the Synthetic Turf, TRC.

In the first match FC Views defeated Fort View FC by a solitary goal. FC Views’ Sahil scored the only goal of the game in the 30th minute of the match. The Pool B teams had occupied the bottom two spots in the points table before the match. The win lifted FC Views in to the third spot with 4 points, while Fort View stayed bottom with 0 points to their name.

The second match of the Super Division saw Court Road FC play a goalless draw against Towheed FC. The draw meant that Court Road climbed to the top position in the Pool A points table with 6 points after 4 matches. Towheed FC stayed third with 3 points.

The Super League is in its second stage.

Over in the A-Division, two matches were played at Gindun Ground, Rajbagh.

The first match was played between Flying Kashmir FC and Al-Qudus FC in which Al-Qudus received a walkover against Flying Kashmir.

In the second A-Division match, Alamdar Madina FC defeated Young Boys Balhama 3-2.
