Srinagar: A teenage boy from Pakistan-controlled Kashmir was arrested on Tuesday by soldiers along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district.

16-year-old Khyam Maqsood was arrested by soldiers after he crossed the LoC and entered a forward area of the district, a defence spokesperson said here. The detained teen is a resident of Harkadiya Bala village of Abbaspur.

Masood’s arrests come almost a week after three children were arrested by BSF in similar circumstances in the border district. All the three were later repatriated.
