KGP Students Stage Protest, Demands Online Exams

Srinagar: Students of different semesters from various polytechnic colleges of Kashmir staged a protest here in Press Enclave Srinagar on Saturday.

The protesting students carried placards reading: “Online Classes, Online Exams”, the students were demanding online exams for backlog papers for which college authorities have already issued the date sheet in offline mode.

The protesting students while speaking to the media said when college authorities can take online classes why can’t they take online exams.

“Recently college authorities have issued the date sheet for our backlog papers and they want us to appear in exams. We appeal to the authorities to postpone our offline exam and roll out a new date sheet for online exams, one of the protesting students said.
