Srinagar- Authorities on Tuesday closed Mughal Road, connecting Shopian and Poonch districts, and Srinagar-Leh highway following accumulation of snow.
A traffic police official said that Srinagar-Leh highway and Mughal road were closed due to snow accumulation. However he said that Jammu-Srinagar highway, connecting Kashmir valley with the rest of the world, was open. The official said that light motor vehicles are plying from Jammu towards Srinagar.
