Central Kashmir: Minor Drowns In River Sindh In Kangan

Srinagar- A 3-year-old boy drowned in river Sindh in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, officials said.

Reports said the boy, Irfan Ahamad Khatana Son of Showkat Ahmad Khatana, slipped and drowned in the water body near hometown— Phalnad Wangath in Kangan.

Police was informed immediately and a search operation has been launched to retrieve the body, reports added.
