JAMMU – The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday booked a Facebook user for posting “sensitive remarks” on the social media platform in Rajouri district, an official said.

A case under relevant sections of the law has been registered against the accused and further investigation is on, a senior police officer said.

We appeal to people to use social media in a cautious manner and to refrain from posting any sensitive remarks that can pose harm to the peaceful atmosphere in the border district, he said.
