HOUSTON- Several thousand anti-India protestors on Sunday staged demonstrations outside NRG Stadium, the venue of  ‘Howdy, Modi’ event where US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed thousands of Indian Americans.

Reports said Trump faced protestors who were holding Kashmiri flags when he was on his way back to the airport after addressing the event.

Outside the NRG stadium where the mega event took place, protesters rallied but slowly dissipated.
The protestors were carrying life-size cardboard cutouts of Modi with slogans against him while a group banged on drums.
