District Cricket Association Bandipora Elects New Body

BANDIPORA — The district cricket association Bandipora on Saturday held elections to elect a new body including president, secretary and treasure.

Representatives of 107 teams of the district including Sonawari and Gurez participated in the election to elect the new body.

The election was held at Sher-i-Kashmir sports stadium Bandipora under the supervision of officials from district administration.

Former Ranji cricketer Raja Saleem was elected as president of the association while Aadil Jan and Irshad Ahmad were elected as secretary and treasurer respectively.
