I wish to draw your kind attention towards the following facts.
That I had applied for class IV post in dc office Baramulla in the year 2006. The authorities at DC Office Baramulla especially Director Planning was always making lame excuses for final publication of the class IV selection list.
Till date the authorities at DC office Baramulla made us scapegoats and made us to run from pillar to post for publication of the selection list.
Now after suffering an agonizing wait of 13 long years and when most of the candidates have turned overage and some of them have even expired the list has been published. But the provisional list that was published on 16/01/2019 has only added salt to our injury.
That most of the candidates in the list are those who are working as contractual in his office as well as in DC office Baramulla and Election Cell Baramulla. The candidates whose names were not even in the shortlist are now in the provisional list.
My interview points have not been counted and not included for provisional selection. Most of the candidates whose percentage in the shortlist was very low have been shown having high percentage. Their certificates need to be properly screened an verified.
That we the candidates are not even allowed to file objection in official hours and we are told that we should submit the objections individually to one official at DC office that too without receipt number and date.
That we want to request your kind self to ask authorities to verify and probe how the blue eyed candidates were preferred and the backdoor entries. We have even come to know that a particular MLAs 50 supporters figure in the list.
One of the candidates selected happens to be PRO to MLA Baramulla. His name was not there in the shortlisted candidates either. Culprit officials have even filed a caveat in the court to prevent us from filing a writ or stay petition before the court of law.
That the authorities at DC office are not even ready to show us the criteria for provisional selection list.
In view of above facts it is requested to your goodself to please highlight this matter so that the deserving/genuine candidates are selected and allowed to have a sigh of relief.
