Yasin Malik Goes Into Hiding To Evade Arrest

SRINAGAR — Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Ya­sin Malik on Saturday went into hiding to evade arrest ahead of proposed march to Badami Bagh army base against Pulwama civil­ian killings.

“JKLF ailing chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has gone into hiding and will lead a protest rally towards Badami Bagh army cantonment on Monday against Pulwama carnage by Indian forc­es,” said a party spokesman.

To evade arrest by the police, the spokesman said that Malik decided to go into hiding to lead the protest march announced by the Joint Resistance Leadership against Pulwama killings.

“Kashmiris cannot and will never watch this massacre and genocide silently,” the JKLF said.

Besides calling for a general protest strike for three days JRL has announced that people will march towards Badami Bagh Army cantonment on Monday 17 “to ask GOI to kill all of us at one
