Zargar Calls For Shutdown On Oct 27

SRINAGAR — Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar, who heads militant outfit Al-Umar on Wednesday called for a complete shutdown across Kashmir on October 27 against the landing of Indian Army on Kashmir soil.

“October 27 is the blackest day in the history of J&K as it was on this day in 1947 that Indian troops forcibly entered into Kashmir,” Mushtaq said in a tele-statement to CNS.

He asked people to observe complete shutdown on this day to send a clear message to international community that they stand for freedom from India. (CNS)
