NIA Gets 6-day Remand of J&K DySP

SRINAGAR — National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday got six day remand of deputy jailer for his alleged role in motivating youth for crossing over to Pakistan-administered Kashmir for arms training.
 
On Tuesday NIA had arrested two persons including a deputy jail superintendent for their alleged role in motivating youth for crossing over to Pakistan-administered Kashmir for arms training.

Feroze Ahmad Lone, deputy jail superintendent was arrested by the central investigative agency from Amphalla jail in Jammu on Tuesday in connection with an alleged criminal conspiracy.

Lone was arrested following disclosures by an arrested militant, Ishaq Palla, NIA had claimed.
