CRPF Man Shot Dead At His Home In Pulwama

SRINAGAR —A Paramilitary CRPF trooper was shot dead by suspected militants Sunday evening in Pulwama village of south Kashmir. 

Reports said that militants barged inside the home of local CRPF man identified as Naseer Ahmad Rather at Naira village and fired upon him. 

Naseer is posted at CRPF 182 bn in Pulwama and was on leave.

He has been immediately shifted to district hospital Pulwama in critical conditions where he was declared brought dead.

Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Pulwama Dr Abdul Rashid Parra also confirmed about the death of the CRPF man. (GNS)
