SRINAGAR Poor net service of Jio in Press Enclave Srinagar is frustrating subscribers as concerned officials of this cash rich telecom company have virtually turned a Nelsons eye towards the problems being encountered by the subscribers particularly journalist fraternity.
Journalist fraternity said that Jio has poor signal strength and slow speed in Press Enclave while other telecom companies have far better signal.
This cash rich company is generating huge revenue from the subscribers but is giving low quality services, said a journalist.
Jio has become a headache for the subscribers in Press Enclave. You have to refresh the same page again and again with repeated failure. It takes at least five to ten minutes to send a photograph to any friend on WhatsApp while it is difficult to post some content on Facebook, he added.
When contacted, an official from the company said they will look into the matter. No subscriber brought the issue so far into our notice. We would definitely look into it, he said.
