Two Persons Shot At In Shopian, Hospitalised

SRINAGAR — Two persons were injured after shot at by unknown gunmen at Trenz village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday evening.

Official sources said that unknown gunmen fired upon two persons namely Aijaz Ahmad Mir and Sheraaz Ahmad Malik at Trenz.

In the incident, both the persons suffered injuries and were immediately taken to district hospital Pulwama where from they were referred to Srinagar hospital for specialized treatment.

SSP Shopian, Shailendra Mishra also confirmed the incident and said that investigations into the case have been launched.
