SrinagarThe Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday has sought details by December 21 from principal district and sessions judges about the criminal cases against parliamentarians and member legislative assembly of Jammu and Kashmir.
Registrar General Sanjay Dhar has sent a communication to the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Anantnag, Bandipora, Shopian and Srinagar.
You are requested to furnish requisite information pertaining to the cases pending in your district in the prescribed format in a consolidated form on or before 21-12-2017 positively, said the Registrar while referred to a letter received from Dr. G. Narayana Raju, Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice Legislative Department.
