OGW Surrenders in Kulgam

Kulgam—An over ground worker (OGW) of militants has surrendered before army in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, reports said on Wednesday.

They said that Altaf Sheikh was a close confidante of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Toiba who are operating in Qaimoh belt of Kulgam district.

Before Sheikh, two militants – one of them Majid Khan, an ace footballer – returned home following an emotional appeal by their parents.
