Charas, Cash Recovered From Pry School

Anantnag—A team of Revenue officials raided the house and a school in South Kashmir and recovered 6 kilo Charas, 6 kilo fukki besides Rs 7 lakh cash.

The Revenue department had received inputs that one Mushtaq Bhat of Sether Sangam area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district is in possession of drugs and he has dumped it in a Primary School located near his house.

During the search operation, 6 kilo Charas, 6 kilo fukki besides Rs 7 lakh cash was recovered from the house and the school.

 “Mushtaq Bhat, the accused who does this illegal trade in connivance with his spouse was not present in the house and accordingly we arrested his wife,” an official told news agency CNS adding that a formal case has been registered against the couple and hunt has been launched to trace the absconder.
