???????Traders Federation castigates PDD for failing to supply proper electricity

Srinagar—Kashmir Traders Federation Saturday convened a meeting to discuss various problems confronted by business community in Valley.

The meeting according to chief Spokesman Ajaz Shahdhar was attended by different market committees and leading businessmen of valley. In the meeting the issues regarding daily problems faced by business community especially the frequent power cuts by PDD much before the onset of winter season. Deep anguish was shown on this issue by all the members who attended the meeting.

These problems have been raised by the government by selling our power production to other states. All though we have enough water resources to produce the electricity for our state requirements, due to which the business fertility is suffering a lot.

“We strongly condemn this attitude of the PDD and tell them that if we are paying the power bills on time then why are they not able to give us 24 hour power supply for commercial and domestic purpose.” (CNS)
