Srinagar—Islamic University of Science of Technology (IUST) in Awantipora Wednesday suspended four MBA students for allegedly “spraying some chemical” on girl students, who had to be hospitalised after the incident last month.

According to the sources in the IUST, the university authorities had constituted a committee to probe the incident. “During the investigation by the committee, it was found that the four students were behind the spray attack on the girls for playing a prank,” they said.

Sources said all the four students have been suspended.
