KO impact:CEO Anantnag transfers 11 teachers

Anantnag—Chief Education Officer (CEO) Anantnag Friday ordered the transfer of 11 teachers of two govt schools in south Kashmir’s Bonadialgam area of Anantnag District.

 

Few days back Kashmir observer carried a news story of Anantnag schools with headline of ‘Anantnag schools mock a Teacher students Ratio’

 

Five teachers from GMS and 6 teachers from GBMS Bonadialgam were today transferred and posted at different schools in Anantnag district against available vacancies

 

Talking to Kashmir observer CEO Anantnag Ghulam Rasool Shah said that he ordered transfer of these teachers to other schools against vacant posts after reading the news in Kashmir observer.

 

When asked about the merging of these school, he said that we will decide after some days whether the schools will be merged or not.
