Protest in KU in solidarity with Rohingya Muslims

Srinagar- Scores of Kashmir University students on Friday held a massive protest demonstration in the varsity campus to protest against the persecution of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.

The students after offering congregational Friday prayers assembled outside the Jami Masjid of the varsity and marched towards Humanities block and culminated at Iqbal library lawn.

The students raised slogans in favour of Islam and Rohingya Muslims.

The protest was organised bby Kashmir university Students organisation (KUSU).

The students strongly condemned the brutal onslaught on innocent Rohingya Muslims….

The protesting students appealed OIC and Muslim countries to awake from the deep slumber

The students later dispersed peacefully.
