Wathora defeats Budgam in Pro Kabadi final

Budgam—Producing a solid performance, Wathora Tigers clinched victory over Rehbar Budgam (35-28) in a high voltage final of Star Club Pro Kabadi Knock-out in Razwen village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.

 

Taking a lead of crucial two points in the first round, Tigers continued its domination over Budgam throughout the game.

 

In the second round Budgam tried to take a lead but could not tackle more points.

 

Most of the raids of  Budgam die down before the strong defence of Tigers.

 

Every player of Wathora played a positive game in defeating Budgam.

 

Wathora enjoyed a local support with fans yelling over Budgam.

 

Hundreds of jostling spectators on rooftops fought for having a clear view of the game.

 

Meanwhile, 13 teams from Budgam district including Magam, Kahihama, Soibugh etc participated in the knock-out tournament organised by Sheik-ul-Alam Sports Development Association Budgam in collaboration with Youth Committee Razwen.
