Shah will appear at the Patiala House Court on September 13 through video conferencing.
DFP chief was arrested by Enforcement Department (ED) on July 25 this year and is currently undergoing detention in Delhis Tihar Jail.
Meanwhile, DFP spokesman condemned the continuous detention of Shah and termed it as illegal and undemocratic.
He said that there is a possible threat to Shahs life as he has been kept among criminals in Tihar jail.
Expressing serious concern over the health condition of Shah, the spokesman said the resistance leader is suffering from various ailments and is on medication.
The continuous imprisonment of Shah is extremely inhuman behaviour and can seriously affect Shahs health, he said.
