Kargil students’ protest against ‘out of syllabus’ question paper

Kargil:  Student of BA first Semester from Kargil Division who appeared in Geography paper examination on Tuesday staged protest outside Degree College Kargil what they called ‘out of syllabus’ question paper.

The students said that they were ‘shocked’ after they found that the question paper set by Kashmir University is ‘out of syllabus’.

Reports said that the students earlier refused to sit in exams but after assurance from their teachers they went ahead.  

The students said that examination of Urdu paper held on 29 April was also out of syllabus and after registering protest that day, Kashmir University cancelled that paper. They demanded that Geography paper should also be cancelled.
