‘Mehbooba Fails To Plead Case Of Kashmiris’

Srinagar: Expressing disappointment over Mehbooba Mufti’s much talked meeting with Prime Minister and Home Minister, MLA Langate, Er. Rasheed has said that Mehbooba Ji has yet again failed to put things in right perspective and plead the genuine cause of Kashmiris.

Rasheed ridiculed Mehbooba Mufti’s claim that situation will improve within three months and said that Mehbooba Mufti’s claim about return of normalcy is an ample proof that like New Delhi she sees things happening in the state through law and order prism only.“Mehbooba Mufti rather talking about Indus water treaty could have focused on stressing for resolution of political dispute, highhandedness of security forces and hooliganism by so called Gaw Rakhshaks of BJP, her own collation partner. She preferred to blame stone palters and by claiming normalcy within three months it was obvious that Modi Ji has asked her to “do more as if blinding and maiming and killing hundreds was not enough.”

“It seems Modi Ji has threatened Mehbooba and also conveyed her that there are other people in the waiting who can suppress the voice of dissent more effectively, than the way she is doing”.

Er. Rasheed accused that Mehbooba Mufti is bringing shame to Kashmiris by acting like Modi’s OGW in J&K. Er. Rasheed reiterated that New Dehli has lost the battle in Kashmir and said that by fielding Kashmiris against each other New Delhi may not be able to manage the status-quo in J&K forever, as it is not possible to defend the indefensible.
