KSSIA , FCIK demand removal of Ganga from J&K cabinet

Srinagar: After opposition political parties, Federation of Chambers of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) and Kashmir Small Scale Industries Association (KSSIA) are demanding immediate removal of Industries and Commerce Minister Chander Prakash Ganga from the coalition PDP-BJP government for his alleged remarks “ bullet for stone”.

Describing the statement of Mr Ganga as provocative, both the organizations have to boycott the minister till he is ousted from the cabinet.

The KSSIA led by president Syed Fazal Illahi today organized a sit-in protest at Industrial Estate Bagh-e-Ali Mardan Khan in the city outskirts against the ministers remarks against Kashmiri youths.

Similar  protest meetings were also organised at industrial estates of Sopore, Khunmoh, Sanat Nagar, Zakura, Ganderbal, Rangreth, Baramullah, Zainakote and other places demanding sacking of the minister.

The sit-in was participated by the entrepreneurs and workers of the estate at Bagh-e-Ali Mardan Khan, where senior leaders  speaking on the occasion demanded immediate dismissal of Ganga from the cabinet besides initiating legal prosecution against him.

They supported the call of FCIK to boycott all meetings and functions of the minister and decided that his entry in their industrial units will be out-rightly debarred.
The speakers  said that such a person does not even deserve to be a Member of Legislative Assembly.

The KSSIA has appealed to FCIK to gear up and launch a conclusive battle against the minister till his ouster.
