Tral: Hurriyat Conference (G) leader and Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah was arrested Friday morning in Tral township in south Kashmirs Pulwama district.
Shah had to visit Burhan Wanis parents before Friday prayers, also had to offer Friday prayers at Khanqah-e-Faiz Panah and hold a pro-freedom rally there, said sources.
However, a police party arrested him before reaching Burhans residence, added sources
