Civilian killed in Grenade attack in Pulwama

Pulwama: A civilian was killed and three others including a CRPF trooper were wounded in a grenade blast in Pulwama district of south Kashmir on Friday.

A hand grenade was lobbed at a CRPF vehicle in Muran chowk, Pulwama, on Friday afternoon. The grenade missed its target and exploded near the vehicle injuring three civilians, and a CRPF trooper, said an official.

One of the injured civilian succumbed to injuries at a hospital, he said.

The deceased civilian has been identified as Mohammad Ayoub s/o  Mohd Ahsan Wani of Gusoo, Pulwama
