People Protest Aganist Edu Deptt Outside The Govt Girls Hr Sec School

Banihal: People of tehsil Banihal protest aganist education department. Teachers of the institution is charging fee from girl students with out giving of any fee receipt .

One of the guardian said that as the budget announcement in 2016. Conveyed vide OM. NO. FD VII-GEN (56) 2014-15. Dated 25-07-2016. Waive of the school fee charged from girl students in state-run educational institutions up to the higher secondary level with imediate effect by Govt. Of Jammu & Kashmir.

But the school authority are charging fee from girl students without giving any receipt aganist the fee pay by the students and when the students demand them to give receipt of fee paid by the the school authority refuse them to give the receipt.

One the the guardian said that the school authorities forced the students  to select the subject for their studies without their choices as one of the student said that she chose environment studies subject as fifth subject of her choice but the school authority force them to choose another subject because of non availability of staff in their school.

When the peoples raised the issue to the authorities but their was no one attend them, as the school has been closed before 2:00 PM. After that the group of parents approached to JK Against Corruption district office Banihal, District President JK Against  Corruption along  with president Bapar Mandal Banihal approached to SDM office Banihal and Discussed the issue without taking any immediate action SDM Banihal refused them with the word of investigation. People protest aganist education department outside the institution.
