Prosecution Sanctioned Against 9 Govt Employees

JAMMU: The J&K Government has issued orders sanctioning prosecution in respect of nine public servants namely Habibullah Mir, the then Assistant Executive Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Anantnag; Mohammad Shafi Teli, the then Junior Engineer, PHE Sub-Division Anantnag; Subash Chander, the then Village Level Worker (VLW) posted in Block Development Office, Bishnah; Sushil Magotra, the then Junior Engineer, posted in Block Development Office, Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu; Satish Kumar Langer, the then I/C Assistant Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Sub-Division Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu; Jotinder Singh, the then I/C Assistant Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Sub-Division Bishnah, Rural Development Department, Jammu; Davinder Kumar Sharma, the then Block Development Officer, Bishnah; Ali Mohammad Dar, the then DFO Bandipora and Abdul Qayoom Shah, the then Block Forester Gurez for commission of offences, punishable under  the Section 5(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Prevention of Corruption Act.
