South Kashmir parts shut against Kulgam killings

Kulgam: A complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam district and tral town of Pulwama district on second consecutive day against civilian, militant killings in Frisal area of Kulgam on Sunday.

Pertinently four militants,two civilians and two army men were killed in an encounter and clashes that followed it in Frisal area of Kulgam on Sunday.

Reports said that all commercial establishments remained closed in Kulgam district and Tral area.

No separatist group has given shutdown call for today.

The Separatists have given ‘Kulgam Chalo’ on Wednesday.
