Fire damages 10 shops in Kupwara

Kupwara: Ten shops were gutted in massive fire in Kralpora area of Kupwara in North Kashmir on late Sunday night.   

Reports said that the fire started from a shop at around 1 am during the night and it soon engulfed the entire complex.

Fire tenders from different parts of the district were rushed to the spot to douse the flames.

Sources said that property worth lakhs of rupees has been damaged in a devastating fire.

However, no one was injured, sources said adding the cause of fire was being ascertained.
