Yasin Malik arrested after Friday prayers

SRINAGAR:Police Friday arrested Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik from Maisuma.

 

According to reports,as soon Malik soon came out from a local mosque in Maisuma, where he offered Friday congregational prayers, police apprehended him and took him  to Police Station Kothi Bagh.

Pertinently, police last night raided the residence of Malik in Maisuma. However, he had gone underground.

Malik had to take out a rally to Lalchowk today, reports said.
