Srinagar: A child died while four others were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
In Srinagar, a Load Carrier bearing registration number JK04A-1401 turned turtle near Woollen Mill Bemina Qamerwari, resulting in injuries to its driver and two other persons. All the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment. Srinagar police has registered a case in this regard.
In Awantipora, a Tipper hit and injured a 18 month old child identified as Areba Jan daughter of Mohammad Ayoub Wani resident of Ismail colony Satpakhran Khrew at Satpakhran. The injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for treatment where she succumbed to her injuries. A case has been registered in this regard.
In Ganderbal, an unknown motorcycle hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Mohammad Ramzan Bhat resident of Wakhoora at Wakhoora. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment. Ganderbal police has registered a case in this regard.
