Woman Shot Dead In Pulwama Village

Anantnag: Unidentified gunmen on Friday evening shot dead a woman in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Reports said that gunmen barged into the house of Zaiba Bano, 35, wife of Muhammad Yousuf, in Nayna village and opened fire at her.

She was shifted to a Sub-district hospital Bijbehara where she was declared dead on arrival. Police have confirmed the incident, however, they identified the slain lady as Deeba. Further details awaited.
