Bullet Riddled Body Of Missing Youth Recovered

Srinagar: A bullet riddled body of a youth, missing for the past two days after he was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen, was recovered this morning in south Kashmir.

Official sources said that 22-year-old Shamim Ahmad was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen from his Arwani, Bijbehara, house in Anantnag on October 19.

However, his body was recovered from open fields at Kujjar Yaripora in Kulgam district this morning. The body had bullet marks, the officials said, adding that police have registered a case and initiated proceedings.
