NOTE TO OUR ESTEEMED READERS:
KO for the last 20 years has remained steadfast in face of heavy odds with a sole purpose to keep the flicker of true journalism alive in Kashmir. Current adverse situation prevailing since last 36 days has again added to the strain. While there is no market support available due to uninterrupted curfew / shutdown, the operational costs have gone up manifold forcing us to make a major cut in circulation for now. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our valued readers.
