Paramedics at SMHS protest against use of pellets

Srinagar: Paramedical staff of SMHS Hospital on Monday staged a protest against the killings of civilians and the unabated use of pellets on the protesters even as curfew and restrictions continued in Kashmir for the 31st day.
The protesters holding placards seeking an end to civilian killings alleged that government of India is busy in genocide of Kashmiri people. They demanded an immediate ban on the use of this weapon against the unarmed innocent civilians, which is taking toll on the lives of Kashmiris, especially their eyes and vital organs.
Kashmir has been witnessing unabated use of pellets from past month that has killed more than 50 people and blinded scores including little children.
