‘Security agencies enjoy impunity to kill Kashmiris’

Srinagar: AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er Rasheed has said that whatsoever CM has been speaking in media over Burhan’s death has exposed the functioning security agencies and the fact stands established beyond doubt that security forces have been killing militants in cold blooded murders. Er Rasheed said, “First by saying that security forces never knew it was Burhan trapped inside the house, and then her claim that forces might have captured Burhan and his colleagues alive, but after being dictated by Rajnath Singh, madam shamefully said that she was misinterpreted. Mehbooba has left a lot to be read down the lines.

No doubt Kashmiris have been maintaining and crying from 1989 that army and security agencies in most of the cases could have apprehended the militants alive, but as a state policy the forces have been eliminating whosoever on their way. May Mehbooba ji answer, had it been someone other than Burhan and his colleagues, would Mehbooba be having no regret for not capturing them alive. Mehbooba’s revelations not only prove that nothing is in hands of so called political government, but before starting any anti-militancy operation, Indian state has in a dubious way been killing militants whom it would have doubted that they may be left free by Courts or would have played a much bigger role at some other front in the wounded valley. Who doesn’t know that security forces have created Kukka Paray’s and other insurgents by using dirty plans to infiltrate in the ranks of militant out-fits.” Er Rasheed asked Mehbooba Mufti, her claim that forces would have caught Burhan alive, if they knew it is he in the siege, is her confession that militants have been ruling the hearts of people and Kashmiris don’t treat them as terrorists, while Mehbooba, Omar or whosoever has been ruling the state has been ruling through the barrel and blessings of gun.

Er Rasheed added that Rajnath’s directives to Mehbooba and her clarification has proved yet again that whosoever rules the state, is like a daily rated worker, whom New Delhi can use and through at timing and places of its choice.
