As Telecom Ban Remains, Govt Sets Up New Help-lines

SRINAGAR: While the telecommunication services across Kashmir  remain suspended, the state government Monday set up a helpline for people living outside Kashmir.

People living outside of the state  have been asked to contact the Deputy Commissioners of their native districts in case they need of any help or assistance.
