SRINAGAR: Expressing deep concern over the continuous curfew and restrictions imposed by the adminsitaration in the valley, CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam Muhamamd Yousuf Tarigami has urged the government to take effective measures to relax curfew and restrictions so that people are provided a little relief.

There are reports of scarcity of ration, cooking gas, kerosene oil, food items especially baby food and drinking water in the whole valley especially far flung areas.

Administration must come out of the slumber and ensure that essential services are restored immidiately so that the miseries of the people are minimized.

He further urged the government to urgently take immediate steps to provide ration, food items and essential commodities to the people in far-flung areas.
